Special orders are non-refundable and can't be returned. All products are (Stained & Laquered) prior to shipment. Variations in grain and finish sometimes occur with real wood. We anticipate an error free delivery. However, in the event of any scratches or nicks, touch up paint is considered the solution to the problem & will be sent free of charge. In the event of damage upon delivery all claims, shortages, or damages must be noted on the delivery receipt. It is suggested that all cartons be opened and inspected in the presence of the delivery carrier before signing the receipt.
