Furniture Imports warrants its products free from manufacturers defects for 1 year. These commercial chairs are custom made to order based upon selected fabric choices (if applicable). These are "special orders" and are non-refundable. Feel free to call us for free wood samples and/or upholstery swatches to assist you in selecting colors. Please keep in mind that slight variations in colors can occur with real wood. Touch up paint is the standard solution for minor scratches or nicks, and will be sent free of charge upon request. If any damages or shortages occur make sure they are noted on the delivery receipt. All damages should be reported directly to One Way Furniture no later then 5 days from receipt of merchandise. If boxes appear to be broken please inspect furniture in the presence of the delivery carrier before signing the receipt.
