QUICK SHIP DELIVERY WITHIN 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS VIA UPS OR FEDEX GROUND ON MOST ITEMS
We process most UPS or FEDEXABLE items the same day and ship out within 48 hours. Generally, you will receive these items within 3 to 7 business days. Larger items or large quantity orders will usually ship via truck. We will process the same day and you can expect delivery within 1-2 weeks on average. You will receive tracking number when we ship your items so you are fully informed of the status of your shipment. Trucking companies will call to make a delivery appointment. Weekend deliveries are available but may incur additional costs. Please contact us if you require a weekend delivery.
My Bar Stools offers FREE SHIPPING in the 48 Contiguous U.S States, Canada charges are extra and you can use the calculator in the shopping cart for an exact quote. Since we absorb most of the actual outbound shipping costs, returned orders will be charged actual round trip shipping costs. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
On some larger items we may offer a specialized delivery called "White Glove Delivery". This delivery may be helpful where you need a delivery company to bring in all the furniture and unpack it. Some items include free white glove delivery. Other items will have this service as an option for an additional fee which will be noted on the product page and the shopping cart.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
All orders ship direct from one of our 250 nationwide warehouses. Should the closest warehouse not have the item or items you ordered in stock, we will ship from the next closest warehouse. Please note that we are not set-up for in-warehouse pick-ups.
